PHOS Camden Football Club is seeking applications for a Club Senior A Grade Coach for season 2024 and beyond.

PHOS Camden currently competes in Division 2 of the Adelaide Football League and our numerous Junior teams compete in the SANFL Juniors competition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching the Club’s Senior A Grade squad as well as leading the Reserves and C Grade coaching group. They will also have close liaison with the Junior coaching Coordinator and older Junior Age Group Coaches assisting in developing junior players in becoming senior footballers.

The ideal applicant will

• Be highly respected within the football community
• Have AFL Level 2 Coaching Accreditation (or be willing to obtain)
• Have senior coaching experience and desirably have previous involvement with SANFL coaching group
• Be able to implement on field strategies suitable for the Senior Program and transferable to older junior age groups as deemed appropriate
• Have excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels within the Club
• Embrace our Club Values and drive our accepted behaviours

Both playing and non-playing coaching roles will be considered.

Remuneration will be negotiated dependent on the applicant’s experience.
